Rachel Mikrut - “WNYT 13 Kids Who Care at EBC” Rachel Mikrut is a young lady from Duanesburg who has been riding horses for 13 years.  Little did Rachel know the impact her long time favorite animal could have on kids with mobility disorders until she began volunteering at the EBC Therapy Center.
